This month saw internal works continue for a client on Bacton Road, North Walsham – dreadful commute 😉
The existing back door, kitchen and bathroom window have been replaced. An internal wall, rear window and brickwork were removed to form a bigger lounge with French doors opening into the rear garden. Works also included removing and bricking up a doorway and new plastering. The replacement of 2 oak Shaker internal doors finished off the new lounge.
A leak under the bath and its resealing was also completed as well as new lighting and electrics to the loft, following its boarding out for storage last month.
Other work this month included the replacement of 3 interior doors for a client in Harvey Drive, North Walsham, and delivery of materials for a job starting next month at Alder Close, North Walsham.
I have also had a number of new enquiries, plus confirmation of the go-ahead for a single storey rear extension on a property at Peacock Street, Norwich.
