The whole month of August was spent working on the kitchen extension and other works at Peacock Street, Norwich.
The former lounge window opening was widened and lintels fitted.
The existing sink unit was removed and 1st fix plumbing installed ready form the new kitchen layout.
1st fix electrics have been fitted as well as some drain alterations.
A new cloakroom has been formed in timber studwork. Plasterboard had been fitted to all ceilings, walls, boxing and insulated board to the extension walls as required, and is now ready for plastering.
Covid and supply chain issues mean I am still awaiting the skypod, back door, and window, but all other work is pushing on well.
Other works include kitchen and utility designs agreed and ordered for works to start in October, plus estimates for a 1 or 2 storey extension in Costessey.
